Where wine culture meets brewing tradition
Brasserie Levain crafts spontaneously fermented beers aged in oak barrels from a historic wine estate in Arbois, Jura. Each barrel carries the memory of the wines it once held — Chardonnay, Trousseau, Savagnin, Vin Jaune.
The Ferment Shop brings these extraordinary beers to Hong Kong, bridging the terroir of Jura with the vibrant food culture of Asia. We believe that great fermentation transcends categories — these are not just beers, they are expressions of place and time.
